Policies & Procedures

• Renter must be at least 18 years old to operate scooters.
• Renter is responsible for any and all injuries, personal, other, or death.
• Renter is responsible for any and all damages to any real,personal,or other property or properties.
• Renter is responsible for any theft, loss, fire of the equipment being rented
• No one other than the renter should use equipment rented.
• A $25.00 fee will be charged for lost or broken key.
• If ignition needs to be replaced due to key damage of key broken inside, there will be a $100 fee charged upon return.
• There will be no refund if rental returned earlier than contract date specifies. 
• Renter is responsible for any cost and repair of any and all damages caused by neglect or abuse to equipment being rented.
• Renter understand scooters should not be used for steep inclines / declines or sand.
• Renter agrees to pay $125.00 fee if battery charger for scooter or power chair is lost, stolen, broken or not returned at the above date specified in this contract.
• A Credit Card is required for all rentals.

*A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply to any cancellations within (48) hours of delivery date.

Lifts:

All lift rentals must be rented for a minimum of 6 months. Rentals are based on availability and are first come, first serve unless a deposit is made. An in-house evaluation is required before the rental can be installed. We suggest reserving a rental at least one weeks in advance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer pricing changes. Prices may vary based on individual equipment needs such as installation time and custom track. Once quoted, the rental must be paid in full before it is installed. There will be no refunds to monthly rental costs on lifts removed early.

Reservation Notes:

Rentals are based on availability and are first come, first serve unless a deposit is made. We strongly recommend reserving a rental one week in advance. Due to high demand, the renter must make a non-refundable 1-day deposit for all powered mobility devices. Daily rentals are based on a 24 hour period.

Weekend rentals are available Friday after 3 pm and are due back Monday before noon. Late returns and additional day(s) will be charged. Delivery is available to residences, hotels, or offices - charges may apply. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer pricing.
